Haulix Weekly Update #78 – “Everything looks bad if you remember it.”

Hey there, everyone. Welcome to our website. The last several days have been crazy busy for us, but now it’s time to kick back and reflect on all we have accomplished. Before we get there however, we must insist you fall in love with the new single from Virginia native D.R.A.M.

Each and every weekend we like to take a brief break from our regularly scheduled programming to update and reflect on everything happening at Haulix HQ. We are far more than a music blog, as many of you already know, and posts like this give us an opportunity to share more our efforts with all of you.

We will be performing general patch updates in all of our servers this Saturday, March 6, from 12:00PM to 4:00PM CST. There will be some minor downtime during the process and services will be unavailable.

It has been brought to our attention that anyone using Avast Anti Virus software has been unable to upload new mp3s to our platform. In order to correct this issue, you will need to disable or uninstall the software before attempting your upload.

As you can probably tell, we’re currently looking for new ways to arrange content on the blog. This post, for example, now has sections instead of being one long, multi-purpose message. We think it aides in simplifying the information we hope to share, which in turn makes it easier to commit said information to memory. If you disagree, please let us know.

Speaking specifically to the blog, there wasn’t much this week in terms of effort and projects that differed from the week prior. We are busy trying our best to prepare for SXSW, as well as LAUNCH conference, all while adding daily updates to the blog. There is a lot of exciting content on the way, but right now we’re just cruising along, doing what we do.
