Audience Development Associate (MUSE/IQUE – Pasadena, CA) 

Job summary: The Audience Development Associate will be responsible for cultivating relationships: growing the ticket purchasing audience base and will lead the membership program. This full-time, hourly position will report to the Development Director and will be an integral part of the advancement team that raises both earned and contributed income for the organization. The Audience Development Associate will be responsible for the stewardship of external stakeholders including members and donors at all levels, managing a very engaged membership base, driving multi-channel monthly renewals, acquisition and upgrade campaigns, overseeing and refining the Patron Manager database system, and being a gregarious and exuberant representative of the organization.

Box Office and Marketing Manager (Skyway Theatre – Minneapolis)

Job summary: We are seeking a Box Office/Marketing Supervisor whose focus will be helping to create and execute multi venue marketing for a high volume hospitality company. The position will consist of planning and implementing marketing strategies for a nightclub, restaurant, event center and live venue, working to create a street team and grassroots team to be involved in local events and opportunities, and organizing and adhering to budgets. Marketing Manager (AEG Live – San Francisco)

Job summary: The Manager Marketing is responsible for all marketing assets for shows on calendar. This position will work in conjunction with artist management, Radio/TV, and marketing team to create and develop an effective marketing plan that will reach the correct demographic and target customers appropriate for each show. The Marketing Manager will develop graphic content used to inform the general public of shows for the purpose of gaining ticket sales. This position will also be responsible for maintaining and tracking budgets to make sure funds are allocated correctly. The Marketing Manager will oversee social media accounts and ensure they are up to date with engaging material. This position will create and maintain high level partnerships with digital companies and execute and monitor paid campaigns. Additionally, the Digital Marketing Manager will design, build and maintain social media presence and ensure that they are implementing current trends and promotions.

Creative Operations Manager (Ogilvy – Denver)

Job summary: The Creative Operations Manager works collaboratively with all internal departments, helping to coordinate and allocate creative staff in conjunction with client creative lead and the ECD, monitoring workloads,managing external digital talent, managing 3rd party vendor resources, and owning and initiating internal process initiatives regarding workflow, creative department processes, etc., that ensure increased collaboration, efficiency and effectiveness and seamless delivery for our clients wide ranging projects.
