Inside Music Podcast #108: Jesse Cannon

Inside Music Podcast presented by Haulix

On this week’s episode of the show host James Shotwell calls Jesse Cannon, a career music producer and author of two books geared towards helping artists accelerate their careers. Jesse’s first book was dedicated to getting more fans, but the second – the recently released Processing Creativity, focuses on songwriting. James and Jesse swap industry war stories for the better part of an hour before parting ways with the promise of connecting again soon.

Jesse doesn’t have a band himself, so I figured now would be as good a time as any to plug something I’ve been listening to as of late. After I finish speaking you’re going to hear a bit of “All My Friends Have Changed And I Have Too” from The Flat Stanleys out of Baltimore, Maryland.

Inside Music is available on Soundcloud, iTunes, and Stitcher. If you have yet to do so, please subscribe to our show and leave a review. Your support helps us reach more fans.
