This podcast is a pilot episode, introducing the concept behind the show and what listeners can expect when the first proper pods go live later this summer.

In short, Not Quite is a show about ‘figuring it out’ from two guys who achieved their dreams only to realize they might not have dreamed big enough. Ben and James have each made their fair share of mistakes, and though this show they hope to find a path to better lives that prioritize happiness. It’s going to be a journey, and we hope you will join us.

Ben was a guest on another episode of Inside Music, and at that time it seemed YMAEWK would go on forever. In the year since a lot has changed, and now it seems the group may never resurface. Ben tells James about the things he’s been thinking about and feeling towards his career, and together the two carry out an autopsy on the band that was once heralded as being the next big thing in alternative music.
