Music Operations Coordinator (EQUINOX – NYC)

The Music Operations Coordinator will report to the Director of Post Production and will work to implement audio content delivery of assets that fall within our licensing agreements.

Coordinator, Music Marketing (Ticketmaster – NYC)

Ticketmaster Music is looking for a Marketing Coordinator who will support the daily implementation and coordination of marketing activities, requests, and communications for national touring assignments.

The Coordinator must have the ability to successfully operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple ongoing assignments, with unplanned assignments and interruptions from both internal and external stakeholders; and to prioritize and carry out those assignments effectively.

Rights Clearance Manager, Non-Music (Spotify – NYC)

As Rights Clearance Manager, you will be in a global role responsible for negotiating the clearance of third-party non-music rights required for various types of content consumed on and off the Spotify platform (e.g., live performance footage, marketing campaigns, and Spotify Studios and Gimlet original videos and podcasts) across multiple territories. This includes both large scale and individual licenses for third-party content including but not limited to images, name & likeness, brands, logos, archival material, audio clips, and news clips. You will also help to record and track all rights information related to licensing, including but not limited to drafting licenses, tracking rights using third party clearance software, and processing payments.

TV Music Coordinator (CBS – Los Angeles, CA)

The cue sheet coordinator is responsible for verifying cue sheets as they are delivered to the Studio from the Productions. This includes viewing the episodes and confirming timing, usage, and copyright information, as well as finalizing cue sheets for submission to the PROs. Cue sheet coordinator also maintains a status log.
