These accounts are developed primarily via telephone, with some in-person meetings. Our primary customers are high school, college/university and community ensemble directors of bands, orchestras and choirs. In addition to establishing new accounts, the ICTS is responsible for the growth and rebooking of their existing accounts. During peak selling seasons, the ICTS will travel and lead tour informational meetings for their traveling ensembles. Talent Buyer (AEG – Nashville, TN)

The Talent Buyer is responsible for building relationships, identifying talent and confirming profitable shows. This position will create budgets, map scaling for venues and build offers for artists. Additionally, the Talent Buyer will compile all relevant documents and ensure that all shows are settled accurately. They will also work in conjunction with management to identify and build festivals. 

Director of Music and Sound Production Program (Interlochen Center for the Arts – Interlochen, MI)

The Director of Music and Sound Production Program provides leadership for Interlochen programs in music production/technology, including the major for Interlochen Arts Academy as well as courses available to non-majors; programs offered at Interlochen Arts Camp and programs offered at Interlochen College for Creative Arts. The Director leads all faculty teaching; reviews and oversees curriculum; recommends curriculum revisions, as appropriate; and ensures student learning and student success. The Director also leads and manages a program of visiting artists. The Director is a member of institutional committees, as appropriate. The Director teaches courses, as needed and appropriate; and the Director advises students in the program, ensuring their success and completion.
